退款政策
本页说明 SOUNDTEST.PRO 各档付费权益(Pro 会员、Team 团队版、一次性 Lifetime Offline)的退款条件、申请方式与处理时效。请在下单前阅读,避免后续争议。
01总则
无理由 7 天全额退款首次订阅任一档付费权益后 7 个自然日内 且累计使用时长不超过 30 分钟,可在未导出大量证据、未触发批量 PDF / CSV 的前提下申请全额退款。
实质性故障 30 天内可退若产品在您所在地区、您的主流浏览器(Chrome / Safari / Edge 最新两个大版本)上无法实现核心功能(实时分贝显示、地点标注、证据导出 PDF),且经我们确认 30 天内未修复,可申请按剩余天数比例退款。
02各档权益退款规则
- Pro 月度 / 年度会员订阅期内可申请;已使用 ≥ 50% 周期按比例退款;未使用部分按原支付通道原路退回。
- Team 团队版以开通日为锚点的 14 天内全额退款;14 天后按未使用席位 × 月单价 × 剩余比例计算。
- Lifetime Offline 终身买断自购买起 30 天内、未在多设备激活(≤ 2 台)且未触发云端同步的可申请全额退款;30 天后原则上不再退款,但出现严重功能缺失可走个案通道。
- 应用商店内购(iOS / Android)遵循 Apple / Google 平台规则,需在原商店订单页提交退款申请,本政策仅作参考,以平台裁决为准。
03不适用情况
- 账号因违反使用条款(发布虚假证据、滥用 API、违法录音录像等)被封禁。
- 购买超过 30 天且无实质性故障证据。
- 由汇率波动、关税或个人偏好改变导致的单纯后悔。
- 经客服书面同意已发放的代金券、兑换码或活动赠送权益。
04申请流程
- 发送邮件至 billing@soundtest.pro,主题注明「退款申请 + 订单号」。
- 附上支付凭证截图、账号注册邮箱、申请退款的原因(50 字以内即可)。
- 我们会在 2 个工作日内 回复并确认材料完整性。
- 材料齐全后 5–10 个工作日 内原路退回,具体到账时间取决于您的发卡行。

Refund Policy
This page explains the refund terms for SOUNDTEST.PRO paid tiers (Pro membership, Team plan, and one-time Lifetime Offline). Please read before purchasing to avoid disputes.
01Overview
7-day no-questions refund Within 7 calendar days of your first paid subscription, and if cumulative usage is under 30 minutes with no bulk PDF / CSV exports, you may request a full refund.
30-day material-defect refund If a core feature (live dB display, location tagging, PDF evidence export) is non-functional on your region / latest two major versions of Chrome, Safari, or Edge, and we cannot fix it within 30 days, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused period.
02Per-tier rules
- Pro Monthly / AnnualAvailable at any time during the active term; refunds for periods with ≥ 50% usage are pro-rata. Unused portions are returned via the original payment method.
- TeamFull refund within 14 days of activation. After 14 days, refund equals: unused seats × monthly price × remaining ratio.
- Lifetime OfflineFull refund within 30 days of purchase, provided activation is on ≤ 2 devices and no cloud sync was triggered. After 30 days refunds are generally not available, except in documented cases of severe functional defects.
- In-app purchases (iOS / Android)Subject to Apple / Google platform rules. Refund requests must be filed in the original store. This policy is informational; the platform decision prevails.
03Non-eligible cases
- Accounts suspended for violating the Terms of Use (fabricated evidence, API abuse, illegal recording, etc.).
- Requests filed more than 30 days after purchase without material-defect evidence.
- Buyer's remorse driven by exchange-rate, tax, or personal-preference changes.
- Vouchers, redemption codes, or promotional grants that were issued in writing by support.
04How to apply
- Email billing@soundtest.pro with subject “Refund Request — Order #”.
- Include payment receipt, registered email, and a brief reason (≤ 50 words is fine).
- We will reply within 2 business days to confirm document completeness.
- Once complete, refund is issued to the original method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
